New York style pizza @ its finest. Im pretty sure they put an addictive chemical in their pizza that makes you crave it fortnightly, but whatever. It works.

We ordered a party pack from this establishment on Saturday evening. When we recieved the order the sheet pizza was considerably smaller than the box. I called back to speak with someone and was told that we were to call on Tuesday to speak with a manager. Due to my job I called on Thursday and spoke with Connie. After about 5 minutes of arguing with me that the size of their pans are what they are and insisted that I come look for myself I politely asked if she could satisfy our pizza with another. She blatantly said absolutely not and continued to tell me that I could do whatever I felt necessary to bash her business. As a business owner myself.. bad judgement call Connie. We will never order from here again since you are unwilling to simply satisfy my order. Buyer beware.. if your order is wrong the excuses that come from this woman will suppress anything you have to say.. wish I could add a pic of our pizza..

Excellent service, the pizza is well cooked and consistent. Which is key to making a good pie and having repeat customers. Crunchy, cheesey, and oily pepperoni. I will be back

Great thin crust pizza

It was pretty good like the others in the area. I had a new kind of pizza that I've never had before, chicken wing bacon! Had just missed the special that had ended at 2pm. Had to get a large fountain soda for a drink cause refills are $1. Place has lots of space and seating available inside. Tables have ketchup, napkins, and crushed red pepper. Was cool and comfortable enough on a hot day to be a good place to take a break.

It's a great place to go for a piece (a large piece!) or a whole pie. They have salads too. They have ample seating, although the ambiance isn't the best.

Good NY style Pizza . While I didn't try a sandwich they looked good enough i want to go back and try one.

Honestly, this pizza is perfect as far as I'm concerned. The subs are also second to none (especially Turkey, all-dressed.). All of this plus a great staff make this place my favourite pizza place in the world. Highly recommended 😃

Great food A+ service

Absolutely has the worst customer service. Continuously try to give them the benefit of the doubt and consider they may be having a busy night. Every time we order it’s always something, the manager on the evening shift is completely unprofessional and rude. They will take forever to arrive with the food when it does come it’s cold as ever ...or take the order wrong and when it’s an issue they do not try to resolve it. They have an excuse or hang up the phone. New management is clearly a must for this place.

For the first time I've had pizza that wasn't too greasy, not undercooked, not scalding hot and had crust of perfect thickness! Probably the best Sicilian pizza I've had as a Western New Yorker.The staff is friendly and awesome. Too bad I've to drive 2 hours to get to this place, but I'd do it in a heartbeat if the date was worth it!

Horseheads Picnic Pizza is THE best!!!! The barn girls and I are there just about weekly and the smiles we are greeted with are as good as the pizza and subs!!! Connie and staff are always happy to see you! Thanks guys always my favorite place to eat! Lisa

This pizza reminds me of the good NYC pizza we used to eat when I lived in Queens!! It has the right amount of drippy cheese oil, add some garlic and the crust is just as good. Yum!! I wish Picnic Pizza would open a store on the Southside of Elmira!! We would definitely go there and order delivery from there!!!

Good food.

Food was good as usual but today there must have been something in the air but the women were pretty salty and made the environment very tense. If I didn't feel like I was such a burden to take my order I would definitely have given it a 4. Tables were mostly messy and there were 2 people standing around with their arms crossed so there was no excuse. Otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars

Picnic special is the Italian sub that most dream of being. We come here pretty regularly and the service is fast, friendly and the food always consistently excellent. After so many visits through the years you would think they would falter at some point... One delivery they dorked up a bit and sent the wrong sub and this crew flew into action made the correct one and were back at my door in 20-25 minutes. Now that is what I call a home town pizza place that cares about their people. If you are on the fence . Don't be. Awesome pizza as well as some decent wings.

I ordered a sheet of pizza with garlic knots and the pizza was the worse pizza ever. Dried, no taste whatsoever. Also took over an hour to get to my house an practically I live 2 minutes away on a Tuesday. The guy just asked for my address and telephone number. Hilton Drive Horseheads NY
